To apply for this scholarship, you will need to:
- Be a resident of Maryland
- Submit a 2+2 Transfer Scholarship application by October 15, 2026
- By October 15, 2026:
- file the 2026-2027 FASFA
- Attending Maryland Community college with Dec 2026 graduation timeline OR completed an associates in MD in '25-'26 school year and will transfer to a 4 year insitution in Fall 2026.
- have a 2.5 GPA
- Demonstrat Finanial need,
- First time Bachelor's degree seeker
