At TEACH, we believe great educators change lives and that everyone deserves support on the journey to becoming one.
We help future teachers explore the profession, understand their options and find a path that fits. Our coaches make that support personal. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice who helps someone go from “I think I want to teach…” to “I can do this.”
What Coaching Looks Like
Your time commitment
As a TEACH coach, you’ll work about 6 to 15 hours per month, based on your availability.
- All sessions take place virtually or by phone.
- You control your availability, and future teachers sign up for open time slots.
- You’ll connect with several future teachers each month.
Coaching is conversation-based and focused on helping aspiring teachers feel confident about taking the next step.
What coaches do
As a TEACH coach, you will:
- Help future teachers explore program options and navigate the steps to becoming certified or licensed.
- Celebrate their wins and help them stay motivated.
- Share your real classroom experience.
- Offer practical, judgement-free advice.
