At Iona, your Bachelor’s in Education lets you focus on a specific age group or subject area that you’re passionate about teaching. Depending on your choice, you'll earn either a Bachelor of Science (BS) or a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education. Choose from:

  • Childhood education: Teach young students in grades 1-6.
  • Childhood/Early childhood education: Get dual certification to work with kids from birth to grade 6.
  • Adolescent education: Specialize in teaching grades 7-12 in subjects like biology, English, math, social studies or Spanish.
