Learn everything you need to know about teaching. It’s why we’re here.
At TEACH, we envision a world where all kids have access to great educators.
Why? Because teachers matter. In fact, teacher quality is the #1 in-school factor that affects student learning—and qualified teachers make a lifelong impact.
Yet the United States faces a historic teacher shortage. According to a Brown University study, the U.S. needs over 50,000 new teachers to close the gap.
What does it mean for you? It means you can make a big impact as an educator.
Our mission is to end the statewide teacher shortage and help talented people from all backgrounds enter the profession.
We're here to find and support the next generation of teachers and ensure our nation’s students have the teachers they deserve.
When we launched back in 2015, we had clear goals: Reduce the national teacher shortage, elevate the image of the teaching profession and support anyone interested in teaching.
Since then, we’ve grown into one of the nation’s largest and most effective teacher recruitment organizations. Today, we work in ten regions across the country. We partner directly with state education agencies, school districts, nonprofits and teacher prep programs in our partner states and metro areas. We’re proud to be leading the way to find the next generation of great educators.
Teaching is a fulfilling, creative and powerful profession. But how do you know if it’s right for you? And how do you become one?
TEACH is here to make it easy to explore teaching and take steps to become a teacher.
We support future teachers from all backgrounds, from high school students to college grads, career changers to school staff members. No matter where you’re starting, we’ll help you learn about the career—and find a path that fits your life.
