Describe the highlights of what happens each semester or year of your program. 

Each part requires a title (e.g., Year 3, Year 4 Spring Semester) and a description. Format could be narrative or a bulleted list.

A description of how the program gives future teachers opportunities to learn through direct experiences in schools and other settings with students. 

A description of how the program prepares future teachers to understand students from all backgrounds and be well prepared to meet the unique academic, social and emotional needs of individual students.

A description of how the program connects future teachers with experienced and highly effective mentors who coach and provide meaningful feedback during the training process, and if/how the program provides continued support to alumni after they graduate from the program and start their careers as teachers.

A description of how your institution/program strives to provide the best program possible for students while continuously improving over time based on new data, research, and feedback from students, alumni, and school or district leaders.

Consider answering some of the following questions:

• What local or national institutions do you partner with? Why?
• What relevant pedagogy/theories inform your program? (in accessible terms)
• Is their a particular aspect of your program that highlight your commitment to research/partnership?
• How do you elicit feedback?
• How is student/participant voice incorporated into your program?
