Description
Offers scholarships to American Indian students pursuing education careers in early childhood- grade 12. You can use the funds to pursue a teaching license, become an American Indian and culture educator, early childhood educator or a K-12 administrator.
To be eligible, you must:
- Attend a participating Minnesota college or university
- Be of Indigenous descent and identify culturally through tribal affiliation or community recognition
- Be one of the following:
- A student, including a teacher aide in a participating school, who plans to become a teacher or work in education.
- A current educator enrolled in a master's degree program in education
- A student who still needs financial help after applying for other available financial aid
