UNT Denton - B. Dwain Vance Scholarship for Science Teachers

Requirements:

1. Meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the College of Education in effect at the time of any award.
2. Maintain either part-time or full-time enrollment at the University, unless the applicant has fewer than twice the number semester hours required to be full-time remaining in his/her degree program.
3. Maintain a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
4. Enroll as either a part-time or full-time student in a Master's program in Science Education at the University; in the event no applicant possesses these characteristics, then students enrolling full-time in undergraduate teaching with emphasis on science at the University will be eligible for consideration.
