Meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the Department of Teacher Education and Administration in effect at the time of any award.
Maintain full time enrollment at the University, unless they have fewer than twice the number of semester hours required to be full time remaining in their degree program.
Enroll as a full-time student in Elementary Education at the university; in the event no applicant possesses this characteristic, then students enrolling full-time in the College of Education at the University will be eligible for consideration.
