Complete the "Tell Us About You" form
After you finish these tasks, 240 will review your application.
Once enrolled in the program, you will begin your online coursework and prepare for your content exam. After completing your first section of coursework and passing your content exam, you will be eligible for your Statement Of Eligibility letter to start teaching!
A paid teaching internship is part of the 240 Certification program requirements. Once you complete step two and earn your Statement Of Eligibility letter, you'll be eligible to be hired to teach on an internship certification! You can begin teaching after being in the program for only a month or two.
You will receive your Texas standard teaching certification after you:
Complete a successful teaching internship year
Finish all of your online coursework
Pass all of your required teacher certification exams
