
ResponsiveEd 180 Educator Preparation Program (EPP) is a non-profit alternative educator preparation program dedicated to cultivating academic excellence through high-quality teacher preparation. Designed for career changers and aspiring educators with completed bachelor's degrees, the institution is recognized for its cohort model that is approximately 50% online and 50% in-person. Cohorts include tailored coaching with ongoing support and feedback and a practice-based learning approach that prepares you to lead your modern classroom.
You will complete a flexible, blended 18 month pathway to become a fully certified Texas teacher. You can earn dual certifications in high-demand fields including EC-6 core subjects, 4-8 math, and 4-8 science alongside ESL supplemental. You will complete a yearlong paid internship with full salary and benefits at the partnering district, Texas Collegiate Preparatory Academies, across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, benefiting from direct field supervisor and mentor support throughout their teacher-of-record experience.
