At the undergraduate level, you can earn a bachelor’s degree in childhood education and get certified to teach grades 1-6.
The 5-year combined programs allow you to complete a bachelor’s and master’s program on an accelerated timeline. Programs are available in adolescence education grades 7-12 and childhood and special education grades 1-6.
At the graduate level, SUNY Plattsburgh offers three fully online master’s programs that lead to initial teaching certification.
